From Indianola, go west on Hhy 92 three miles to 80th (R-57) and turn south there. Go south on 80th 3 miles, turns west one mile, then continues south for another 4 miles to the SPLENDID ACRES subdivision (between Pierce and Quebec on R-57).

Splendid Acres lies just seven miles south of Highway 92 on paved R-57, and is adjacent to Warren County Conservation district land…native setting.  There are over 20 lots for sale, each two to four acres.  Splendid Acres also features two ponds, great views and wooded areas with wildlife habitat.

Splendid Acres one story homes require a minimum of 1500 square feet, with 2000 square feet required for a two-story home. This subdivision is in the Indianola school district and is on the Indianola bus route.
